The Midland Jaycees are a leadership training organization active in the Midland community. The Jaycees give young adults between the ages of 21 and 40 the tools they need to explore the elements of success for themselves and their communities in the areas of business development, individual development, community involvement and international connections.

We take pride in our global community and are dedicated to leading the positive change needed throughout our great community. The Jaycees provide our members with the opportunities to learn new skills and become the leaders of tomorrow by creating lasting impact and fulfilling the needs of our communities today.

The General Membership Meeting (GMM) is the monthly gathering of the Midland Jaycee Chapter. The meeting is used to discuss upcoming projects, events, and ideas of the members. Generally there is a guest speaker relating to topics that interest the general membership of the chapter. Guest speakers have ranged from Robert's Rules of Order, to proper summer skin care.
